Welcome to our beautiful penthouse in the EINZIGARTIG holiday complex in Kahren, the village district of Saarburg. This modern penthouse sleeps up to 8 guests and features a large, well-equipped kitchen with premium extras, four comfortable bedrooms each with its own TV, and a lovely bathroom with bathtub, shower, and WC. The accommodation is fully barrier-free and wheelchair accessible, making it comfortable for all guests. The highlight is the generously designed living and dining area with the adjoining, lovingly landscaped rooftop terrace – perfect for relaxing and unwinding. From the rooftop terrace, you can enjoy sweeping views over the beautiful Saar Valley. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in plenty of natural light and create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The apartment has its own private entrance. Access is contactless via QR code or access PIN, so you can arrive stress-free. Thanks to the high-quality construction and technology used throughout, you can enjoy a peaceful, restful stay with quiet nights. Additional amenities include a private washing machine and dryer, plus fast fiber internet. Parking is free, including an EV charging station right outside the front door. Dogs are welcome (€5 per pet per night) – please let us know when booking. Towels and freshly made beds await you on arrival, so you can feel at home right away. Families are also welcome: a high chair or extra bed can be provided on request. Please specify this when booking.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations are free of charge up to and including 1 day before arrival.
For later cancellations or no-shows, the cost of the first night will be charged.
Cancellations can be made informally in text form (e.g. by email). Please note: pursuant to § 312g (2) no. 9 BGB (German Civil Code), no statutory right of withdrawal applies to accommodation contracts for a specific period.
Prices
All prices include VAT as well as bed linen, towels and final cleaning. No local tourist tax (Kurtaxe) currently applies.
Not included: pet fee (€5 per pet/night), EV charging (€0.55/kWh, 11 kW output) and garage rental (€10 per night) – only if applicable.
